The Heartbeat Shawl is a triangular crochet shawl, worked using single crochet and spike stitches. This crochet pattern uses the "assigned pooling" technique where the color of your yarn determines what stitch you make. Your yarn will tell you where to put your spike stitches, so no two projects will be the same! The PDF pattern also includes advice on how to choose the perfect assigned pooling yarn for your project. The Heartbeat Shawl is great for confident or advanced beginner crocheters who are comfortable with increases and going with the flow.

The Heartbeat Shawl is written in standard US crochet terms. The 7-page PDF pattern includes written instructions, notes, advice for picking yarn, and a photo tutorial.
