The Unexpected Cowl is a Tunisian crochet cowl, worked in the round. This Tunisian crochet pattern uses the "assigned pooling" technique where the color of your yarn determines what stitch you make. Your yarn will tell you where to crochet the crossed stitches, so no two projects will be the same! The PDF pattern also includes advice on how to choose the perfect assigned pooling yarn for your project. The Unexpected Cowl is an intermediate crochet pattern, and great for crocheters who like surprises or going with the flow.

Written in standard US crochet terms. This 6-page pattern includes written instructions, notes, advice for picking yarn, and a photo tutorial.
